Liturgical Calendar
Subscribe to the Chaldean Catholic liturgical calendar in your phone, computer, or web calendar of choice. Feasts, memorials, fasts, and abstinence observances — always up to date.
What's the difference?
- Subscribe — one-time setup. Your calendar app re-fetches the feed automatically (~once a day) and picks up corrections, new years, and added saint days without you doing anything.
- Download .ics — one-time import. Events are added to your calendar as a snapshot. Future updates won't reach you unless you import again.

What's included
Every entry comes from the same algorithm and source data the Taksa app uses:
- The Easter cycle (Bautha, Sawma / Lent, Holy Week, Qyamta, Sulaqa / Ascension, Pentecost, and the Sundays in between)
- Annunciation Sundays + Christ the King
- Fixed-Gregorian solemnities, feasts, and Chaldean-specific saint memorials
- Fast periods (Advent, Bautha, Great Lent, Apostles, Assumption)
- The two algorithmic Friday anchors of the Dinha cycle (Baptist Friday + Departed Friday)
- The Mushe (Moses) season in years it falls
What's not included: events that change year-by-year on the translator's pastoral judgment (Mar Mari, Mar Addai, Holy Family, the inner five Friday names of the Dinha cycle). Those stay in the app where they can be updated more granularly.
Privacy
The calendar feed is a static file. We don't track who subscribes, when they refresh, or what they do with the events. The URL is public — anyone with it can subscribe, but we don't collect anything from the request.
